Green Cities Youth Exchange
A 7-day youth exchange bringing together 30 young people from 6 countries to explore sustainable urban living, circular economy practices, and community-led green initiatives. Through workshops, city walks, and hands-on projects, participants will co-create an action toolkit for greener neighbourhoods back home.

How EIG works: five tribes
EIG is organised on the Spotify model — small squads grouped into five tribes, each with its own colour and mission. Every project belongs to a tribe, and the platform mirrors that: calls, applications and forum spaces are organised tribe by tribe.
