Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the EIG Platform (the "Platform"), operated by European Integration Group ("EIG"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and applying to a project. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into a project. Project selection decisions are made by the relevant project organiser and may not be appealed through the Platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited or abusive communications.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

5. Content you submit

You retain ownership of the documents and text you submit (including your CV and motivation text). You grant EIG and relevant project partners a limited licence to use that content solely for evaluating and administering your application.

6. Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
